Honesty is supposed to be the best policy. A couple months ago my husband and I purchased a used pickup through Lithia Toyota. We were also told by a man named John that there was no way the dealership would make a profit on the vehicle we traded be cause they would not sell it for more than what we were given for trade. Low and behold, our trade is still on their lot, listed for more than $5000 above what we were given in trade. I get it, dealerships have to make their money somehow; lying to customers and going back on what they say might be a way to make money, but it also loses business. John informed us that Lithia's motto is supplying customers with the best vehicles for the lowest prices possible. He either lied to us or lied about the motto. We will most definitely not be returning customers. More

Recent vehicle purchase I started the used car search online with Brittnee Russell and when we arrived at the dealership I looked at some other vehicles with Alan Kautzman. The car was for my daughter and her first car buying experience. Alan was helpful and above all not hurried or pushy. He made extra effort to make sure everything on the car was in good working condition and remedied a 'low tire pressure' light that came on intermittently. It turned out to be a nail in the tire. I would recommend Alan as a salesman to deal with. This dealership also took care of a warranty issue on my 2013 Toyota Tundra in an hour after receiving the ordered part and without hassle. The headlamp unit had moisture in it and would not shine in line with the other headlight. Previously I had it at City Motors in Great Falls and received the run around and was told they would have to have it sent to the body shop, remove my grill guard, check body alignment, etc, etc. I appreciate the professional staff at Lithia Toyota and will be buying my next vehicle from them. Oh and my son purchased a new Toyota from them last week with hassle free salesmanship. They have won us over as a family. More

Greg Gustafson was very pleasant and not a bit pushy. Also, after I completed the purchase of my 2014 Highlander Greg spent 2 hours with me making sure that I knew my new SUV inside and out! Greg then took me around and introduced me to the general manager, the service manager, and the parts manager and made sure that I had phine numbers for each in case I needed to ask them a question or had a concern. Quick and painless I knew exactly what I wanted. In fact I was waiting for the FJ that I wanted to come in at another dealership. It had been delayed 3 times so I star I knew exactly what I wanted. Kristin called me and told me. They held it for me. I went up the next day and bought it. It was less expensive than the other one and I didn't have to drive as far. Kristin couldn't be there but she had lined up Jerry and Brittnee to help me. I buy the vehicles for our family and this was my best experience ever. Of course, they all (including the finance person) was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Jerry even took me around to meet other departmental people. It was actually fun! Thanks to all of you. Jerry showed us a Sequoia that matched everything we wanted. We took it for a test drive and it really was everything. After Jerry working with Patrick, thenmanager for us.
