Had a great experience with Lithia on the front end, buying my 4Runner. Love the vehicle, but regretting buying from Lithia. My temp tag expires today, but the paperwork didn't get mailed to our local g buying my 4Runner. Love the vehicle, but regretting buying from Lithia. My temp tag expires today, but the paperwork didn't get mailed to our local government until yesterday. So after today I will be illegally driving my 4Runner And hoping I don't get pulled over and get a ticket. The lady at Lithia in the title department has lied to my husband numerous times about when she mailed it out. The manager finally looked into it and mailed it himself yesterday. The manager said there was nothing they could do and they would not send us another temp tag. If you are headed to Lithia from another state, beware! More

Shane was amazing to deal with! Called him on the phone September 8th at 6pm told him we needed something with 4wd. He did our application over the phone. BEWARE! I needed a new car I didn't like the Dodge folks because every time I took my car for an oil change, something broke that wasn't covered by the war I needed a new car I didn't like the Dodge folks because every time I took my car for an oil change, something broke that wasn't covered by the warranty. This time I decided to go with a Prius, was hesitant due to my last experience with LIthia Didge - I should have followed my instincts! I found one I liked at Lithia Toyota so had a friend take me down, test drove it, and decided to buy it. Well, within 2 weeks it doesn't start! Hoping a new battery will fix the issue. If not, I'm stuck with a lemon and in the same position I was in before buying it! Shady characters IMO More

The ride I was looking to buy was listed @$33,999 So thinking to my self maybe they only want a few $100 more or even 1,000 tops so I called and ask about the vehicle I was looking at and how much it will be to drive it off the lot they end up wanting 39,300 after it was all said an done so that's $5,301.00 more then what the vehicle is listed at online. FYI: What you see the vehicles are listed at expect to add 1,000 plus to it! More
