Service after sale of used cars is non-existent . I purchased a used car from this dealer. After the deal was made and I was handed the key. I inquired about a second key. I was told there was only . Bottom line make sure you have everything before you sign the bottom line. If you don't they aren't going to do anything for you beyond calling you and trying to appease you. Pretty sorry that they would even get me a second key. Shady! Mark did offer me a gift certificate that would do me no good trying to secure a second key. The General Sales manager (Abraham) just wanted to blame me for not getting a addition items promised note prior to even knowing the key was missing. I'm pretty sure the $325.00 dollars they saved with this lack of service will not be business or reputation productive for the Lithia organization in the long run. It's to bad one dealership in an organization is so different from others in the same organization. Anchorage Hyundai has always provided outstanding customer service before and after the sale. Guess it is what it is. Just make sure if you buy a used car from them, make sure you have the spare tire, two keys, and etc. before signing the paperwork because once you sign you're on your own!
