Horrible service. My car is just over two years old, still within warranty, and the battery died. Had to get it towed in, they did replace the battery and i test drove a new vehicle (thank god I didn’t buy it) and the vehicle died again in the Lithia Kia parking lot after sitting for a couple days. They jump started it and told me to bring it back in, and I did and they held it for two weeks, and someone called about another issue and hadn’t looked at the battery at all. He then told me my vehicle was ready for pick up but hadn’t looked at the battery. Asked if they could look at the battery and he said yes and he would call the tech line to Kia and get it figured out. A week later they call back and say it’s been looked at and they ‘can’t replicate the issue’. I asked if they called the tech line and the manager Abraham said we’ve done everything they can. I asked specifically if they called the tech line and without answering specific he got very short with me and said they’ve done everything they can. Then told me i had less than two hours to bring the loaner back in and get my car. So my car basically sat there for three weeks without them resolving the issue or knowing what’s going on. They only wanted to sell me a new vehicle and not resolve the issue of the battery under warranty. When my vehicle was ready for pick up (without resolution of my issue) they had a sales person call and ask about me trading it in, and said my vehicle was ready without knowing anything about what had been done. Had to pick up my vehicle and didn’t get any notes or receipt for what had been done to resolve this issue. So no way of knowing if they did anything at all or were just holding out for me to buy a new one. They told me they would make the battery issue right and other issues (transmission replaced in the fall at less than three years old, other electrical issues, it’s been in the shop for many months due to various issues) but instead just wanted to trade it in and get a new car sold. Once I told them I was more interested in a resolution to the car issue and seeing if it could be replaced/bought back due to all the issues, all talk of ‘making it right’ went away. Told me that the 2023 hybrid sorento’s have had a lot of issues and they wanted to help me out, but just wanted to get me the worst possible deal with more than $400 more a month in a payment. Once I said no to that, every nice word about fixing things and making it right went away. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Try calling this dealership to book a service appt. Everytime my call goes to voicemail. No return call. My brand new car is leaking oil. Just serviced recently. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!!

Richard Suesue was exceptional! He was very helpful and patient with me. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all compared to other dealerships that I went to when I was looking for a car ! This to me was a big deal because it showed me that he cared.
