I had a 9:30 am appointment and sat in the waiting room for about two hours before being told about the problem. Once I was told, Matt Glenn arranged for a loner vehicle without me having to as for one, which I thought was very nice. Aside from the waiting time, I was 100% satisfied with the service. More
