We have asked to have our cruise control looked at for 1. 5 years. We called the 800 number and they told us to bring it to our dealership. Our dealership says to call the 800 number. Customer service is okay. Nothing special during my last two visits as the check in is always awkward, people are sitting facing the door, they never make eye contact, when I Nothing special during my last two visits as the check in is always awkward, people are sitting facing the door, they never make eye contact, when I approach them they almost try to avoid me until I sit right in front of them and ask them if I can get the car checked in. Versus other dealerships I've gone to or have spent time at in AZ, TX and CA where employees immediately greet you and welcome you to their desk. Here it feels like I have to beg them to notice me to check the car in for it's service and only a few people understand how to do GSA cars, if I purchased a car from here I'd definitely not be bringing it in for service here. Id rather stick with Honda where employees approach you and say, " hello how can I help you?" At least the employee who helped me was accommodating and friendly. Otherwise if you aren't their a specific person you don't matter. More

Ryan is cool, unfortunately the sales manager put me underf heavy pressure, dispite saying no to the deal several times. Every time I said no with a reason for not buying, he came back with a reason why underf heavy pressure, dispite saying no to the deal several times. Every time I said no with a reason for not buying, he came back with a reason why I couldn't pass on the deal. I thought the sales manager was looking out for my best interest but once I reread my paperwork I feel the opposite. I am happier with my Kona than I was with the Ioniq5, but I don't like the extra expense to get here. I'm not candy coating anything I feel, you asked now I'm giving you my feelings. Dealerships can't ask for "10's" across the board when they only give 5's. If I receive another review request it's going to be scathing. More
