Paid $85 to have my car towed to the service center and it has now sat for over 4 days with nothing done to it. Literally all that is needed as I was told, is to plug in a Hyundai specific diagnostic tool it has now sat for over 4 days with nothing done to it. Literally all that is needed as I was told, is to plug in a Hyundai specific diagnostic tool into my car. I'm paying over $100 a day and Uber driving around and getting my daughter to and from school. This is ridiculous. Also I never received a phone call back from anyone with any updates and now I know why because there were none. I need my car back asap. Can someone please plug my car into the diagnostic machine today? That'd be nice. Thanks. More
