Walt DeBoer founded Lithia Motors in 1946 as a Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge dealership in Ashland, Oregon. Trisha Stone was amazing, as was the entire staff of Lithia Hyundai of Reno. She was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She gave me great advice and was able to squeeze me in when she re Lithia Hyundai of Reno. She was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She gave me great advice and was able to squeeze me in when she realized I was going to be stranded in Reno (as I am from CA and was leaving the next day) and made it her mission to get my car fixed. She also went above and beyond advocating for me and making sure everything was done right. She made sure I understood every step in the process and also explained things to me in a very clear way. She gave me timely updates and kept me in the loop of everything. Trisha is truly a lifesaver and if it wasn’t for her dedication I would have been stuck in Reno a lot longer than I had planned to be. Having to take your car to the shop in an unfamiliar city/state is always nerve wrecking, but Trisha really made me feel comfortable and at home. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Lithia Hyundai of Reno and Trisha specifically! Thank you again! More
