I had an appointment for recall services, and then asked to add on a tire repair. They confused my husband’s car with mine, and told me that the recalls had been done already. I waited for an hour and a hal to add on a tire repair. They confused my husband’s car with mine, and told me that the recalls had been done already. When the paperwork arrived, Steve had added a fake “Desert Protection Package” for $1000 (useless to me as I don’t live in the desert). This is a classic car dealer move. I called and spoke to Steve directly, but he would not honor the deal. Hilariously, claimed his warranty was a dealer “fee.” He said, “we can talk all you want but I’m not doing the deal” we had reached. This is how they do business. More
