I was car shopping and stopped at several car dealers in the area. Most of them tried to sell me a four cylinder vehicle car which is not what I wanted. No one was really listening to my needs until I went to Lithia Hyundai in Reno. Peter, a first rate gentleman and car salesperson greeted me and listened to my vehicle needs. I am not a car techie but he had the patience to answer all my questions both related and unrelated(fishing tips) to my car needs. He gave me a fair deal that no other car dealer could compete with. There was no high pressure to buy but he did follow up on everything promised. So if you are looking for a good deal see Peter M.at Lithia. I would also like to give a thumbs up to Daemon who finalized the deal. He was a great guy to work with and he made me feel at ease. I will buy my future vehicles at this dealership so both of you guys please stay on board. More

This is the first vehicle I have ever purchased,and the staff at Reno Hyundai made it a wonderful experience. I was very concerned about buying a vehicle because I had heard so many horror stories from fri staff at Reno Hyundai made it a wonderful experience. That was not the case at Reno Hyundai. It was amazing how incredibly helpful these people were. The guy who helped me named Tony, was very knowlegeable and entertaining. I WENT TO TRADE-IN MY VEHICLE FOR A USED VEHICLE THAT I HAD SEEN ON LINE, THE SALES GUY WAS REALLY NICE AND EVERYONE WAS NICE WHEN I SAT THEIR FOR 4 HOURS DOING THE PAPERWORK. THE VEHICLE WAS SUPPOSED TO B HAD SEEN ON LINE, THE SALES GUY WAS REALLY NICE AND EVERYONE WAS NICE WHEN I SAT THEIR FOR 4 HOURS DOING THE PAPERWORK. THE VEHICLE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED FROM A DIFFERENT STATE, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 3-5 DAYS FOR THE VEHICLE TO ARRIVE. AFTER 2 DAYS I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO ASK ABOUT THE VEHICLE AND ABOUT GETTING MY VEHICLE PAID OFF I WAS TRANSFERRED AROUND AND KEPT GETTING A DIFFERENT ANSWER FROM EVERYONE AND THEY WERE ALL RUDE. MY HUSBAND WENT DOWN TO THE DEALERSHIP TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WAS TOLD BY A MANAGER (TONY) THAT THE VEHICLE WAS ON ITS WAY AND THAT WE SHOULD BE GETTING IT IN 2 DAYS AND ALSO THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON THE FINANCING.... 5 DAYS LATER NO CAR NO VEHICLE PAID OFF BUT THEY CASHED ONE OF MY $500.00 CHECK THAT I HAD LEFT FOR DOWN PAYMENT. 2 DAYS LATER I WAS TOLD BY WES THAT THEY HAD NEVER ORDER THE VEHICLE TO GET SHIPPED AND THAT THEY COULDN'T DO THE DEAL.... I TOLD WES I NEEDED MY MONEY BACK. IT TOOK THEM 3 DAYS AND SOME ARGUING TO GET IT BACK, I WAS TOLD TO GO IN AT NOON FOR MY CHECK I SHOWED UP AT 3 PM AND THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE MY CHECK TONY ANOTHER MANAGER TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO WAIT AN HOUR OR MORE TO SEE IF HE CAN GET IT DONE AFTER ALMOST 2 HOURS I GOT MY MONEY BACK. 1 MONTH LATER THE SECOND CHECK OF $500.00 FOR DOWN PAYMENT THAT I HAD GIVEN THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD GET SHREDDED ALONG WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS WAS CASHED BY THEM. I CALLED THEM VERY UPSET TO SEE WHY THEY HAD DONE IT AND ALL THEY SAID WAS "OH IT WAS A MISTAKE" I ASKED TO GO DOWN TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT TILL THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF THEY HAD ANY RECORD OF IT, DYLAN KEPT HANGING UP ON ME BECAUSE I WAS SUPPOSEDLY RUDE TO HIM BECAUSE I TOLD HIM WHAT HAD HAPPENED THE TIME BEFORE. I KEPT CALLING HIM TO LET HIM KNOW THAT I WAS GOING TO SHOW UP AT THE DEALERSHIP THE NEXT DAY AT 8:30 AM FOR MY CHECK AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD HAVE ME ARRESTED IF I WOULD SHOW UP BUT THEY ARE THE ONES THAT TOOK MY MONEY AND COULDN'T EVEN GET IT BACK TO ME WHEN I REQUESTED MY OWN MONEY. THIS DEALERSHIP IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE TO PEOPLE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!! More
They are very dis-honest and do not do quality work. Their customer service is horrible. They are rude and un-helpful. We had a dead battery and had our car towed ther to have them re-place the batter Their customer service is horrible. They are rude and un-helpful. We had a dead battery and had our car towed ther to have them re-place the battery. Tehy proceeded to tear the car apart and run a complete diagnostic because they didn't think it was the battery. After a day of looking at it they figured out it was the battery but then charged us $97.00 for a diagnostic. Now they tell us the battery somehow damaged the cars engine and it needs $850.00 worth of work to run correctly. They sat the three times I tried to start the car with a dead battery caused it to flood the engine and gum up the spark plugs. More
