I have had two separate contacts with your service department. The first was for a cooling system service which was fine. The second was for replacement of the drive belt idlers on the engine. I made an appointment a week or two in advance for this work, I arrived at the dealership dropped off my car and was told that the parts that were supposed to be replaced were not available. Why would I make an appointment in advance if the service department and parts department don’t communicate and have people and parts ready for the date appointed? This should have been checked prior to my arrival. It was an inconvenience to have to drop the car off just to have to come right back and pick it up. More
