Buying a vehicle Prompt, friendly service by the very adept Bryan Ogg. Less time spent in negotiations than when we purchased the 2012 Sante Fe in 2011. Generally, we got worked over less than in 2011 (!)although trading in our car was a tad tedious but surmise that's part of the scheme. The trade in car is always portrayed as a 1958 Ford Edsel. Also less time spent with the warranty man. In 2011 that session went on forever! David Volpe to the point, got us out of there. Do not know how any of you go through this day in and day out. More
