Problem with my service writer. One problem. I was not informed that my vehicle was finished with the servicing and ready to go. I noticed it in the parking lot and brought this to One problem. He helped me right away, and escorted me to my vehicle. He asked if I had any other questions. I said no and was on my way. There is a true professional! Tabatha was my original service writer. She disappeared without telling me another writer was going to finish my servicing . Because of her absence, I was not advised my vehicle was ready to go. This was a concern for me. My wait period was longer than necessary. My time was wasted! I value my time and get very concerned when somebody wastes it unnecessarily!! Thank you, Ted Hobbs More
