We purchased 2 brand new vehicles in May 2020. We had a great experience. Chris was super nice and we were able to do all the leg work with him in the course of a week over the phone. He also was able to get us out if our 2 current vehicles that we were underwater in the loans. So our rates are lower, cars are newer and the customer service remains spectacular. We will purchase from them again in the future. More

Terrible experience. Worst salesperson imaginable. On top of everything it took 3 weeks AFTER I paid for my vehicle before it was ready, but it was not ready. Immediately, before leaving the lot, an external of everything it took 3 weeks AFTER I paid for my vehicle before it was ready, but it was not ready. Immediately, before leaving the lot, an external light fault alarm went off. They said oh it's just a headlight, bring it back Friday morning and we'll fix it. They also only replaced 2 of the tires, 2 days after driving the car off the lot one of them went flat. They tried to cheat me at every turn. I cannot express enough how disgusted and dissatisfied I am. I'm considering contacting an attorney because it seems I was sold a lemon. More
