OUR HISTORY Walt DeBoer founded Lithia Motors in 1946 as a Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge dealership in Ashland, Oregon. Following Walt’s death in 1968, Walt’s son Sid along with Dick Heimann, grew the business to include 5 stores and 19 franchises in Southern Oregon. In December 1996, this collection of dealerships was transformed into Lithia Motors, Inc., a publicly traded company (NYSE stock symbol-LAD). We envisioned a company that would continuously grow, provide great customer service, and opportunities for employees. TODAY Lithia is one of America’s largest automotive retailers featuring most domestic and import franchises. Our stores serve urban and rural populations throughout the Western and Midwest United States. We are focused on providing customers with an honest and simpler buying and service experience. We are giving customers straightforward information so that they can make confident decisions. We believe that our local communities are our lifeblood. Hey Taylor, The TPMS light won't go off until the wheel with the sensor in it is reunited with your car. As far as your paperwork goes, we are trying to do our part in conserving natural resources, so we normally email copies of your paperwork to you shortly after you take delivery. Since most emails that come from car dealerships go directly into the junk folder, your copies may have found their way there. I've asked your finance manager David Lennox to resend them, you should see them arrive again within the next 24 hours. If you still don't see them, let me know and I'll get them downloaded on a thumb drive and we'll have that for you in the business development center.
