The service wrap I was sold with my vehicle, did not cover all the necessary maintenance items that I was told it would when I bought the vehicle. I was lied to by both the salesman and the finance guy cover all the necessary maintenance items that I was told it would when I bought the vehicle. I was lied to by both the salesman and the finance guy and even asked that they reiterate that I would not have to pay extra cost to get all the recommended service with my Hyundai service wrap. Guess what, they lied and I’ve had to pay for things at every service interval that is recommended but not covered by my service wrap. Thousands of dollars. It feels like a total sleeze ball scam and I’m sick of people treating other humans like numbers and lying to them to get what they want. It’s despicable behavior and I will for sure be taking my next car purchase elsewhere. Very disappointing. More
I dropped in at 4:55 one afternoon and needed a smog for my truck. I needed the smog because the registration was due. Even though the guys in Service were closing up shop for the day, Jake the Service w my truck. I needed the smog because the registration was due. Even though the guys in Service were closing up shop for the day, Jake the Service writer asked Bryan to stay a few minutes late and smog the truck for me. Their efforts were greatly appreciated. Came in for the apointment and the agent was finishing off about 3 previous services. He apologized and got us taken care of.
