Disappointed with our experience Very busy when arrived for our appointment so had to wait a while until person could check us in. Usually, the car is given a quick wash before we leave, but that didn't happen and there was no evidence that any of the surfaces were cleared after technician worked on it. Also, when done, our car was parked in space that was blocked in by another vehicle and no one could find the keys. It took a while to get that resolved as well . This was mid week and we were surprised by all the glitches. We usually have car serviced in Arizona and were surprised by the service at this Reno dealership More
