I was not pleased with being Nickle and dimed then found out they undervalued my trade saying they would need to put new tires on it to sell it. There was enough tread to sell the car as is and it was in ex out they undervalued my trade saying they would need to put new tires on it to sell it. I see it posted on their site for $6k more than what they gave me... they really wouldn't budge on the bluebook trade in when the low was $8,172. Can't trust Lithia. I will not be buying another vehicle here or referring friends to eother. More

Do not buy a Palisade from this place. Huge markup and poor customer service. My Palisade has flaws in the paint and I said something twice. No one reached out to fix it. I received an email from Dylan poor customer service. My Palisade has flaws in the paint and I said something twice. No one reached out to fix it. I received an email from Dylan Clunie asking if I was satisfied. I told him no and explained why. I never heard back from him I will be taking my Palisade to Carson for all services and warranty work. Worst dealership in Reno. Buy in Carson. Better customer service and prices. More
