Courteous and friendly but never feel fully confident when I leave after having service done, I address my concerns each time and I feel like it’s not taken seriously, you should be able to feel Confiden when I leave after having service done, I address my concerns each time and I feel like it’s not taken seriously, you should be able to feel Confident and trust your mechanic and people working with your vehicle but I’m never put at ease, I don’t feel confident at all when I leave and I don’t feel comfortable talking about the issues I believe to be having with my vehicle, I think they tell me what they think I want to hear so they don’t have to deal with it, because honestly I think they are too busy for the bigger problems, quantity not quality? And that just makes me feel worse. The staff and everyone are very friendly, no one has ever been blatantly rude to me but when it comes to something serious my specific advisor Ryan who I’ve worked with for over a year now, either tells me, “that’s a normal thing” or “I didn’t hear it”, or just convinces me to purchase something and spend more money that doesn’t even take care of the issue, so it makes me feel like it’s all in my head instead of truly addressing my concern or digging deeper into the problem or even asking me questions. I’m not happy with the year I’ve spent with the Hyundai dealership and I’m starting to regret my decision in my purchase. More
