The girl in the front that was helping customers was extremely rude. She called the wrong number when trying to ask if we wanted filters put in the car. Super backed up and under staffed. Terrible communication with customers I called and left multiple messages and never received a call back. The only employee I had a good interaction with was the technician who test drove my car with me so I could make sure it was running well before driving out the lot. More
I did not have an appointment. I walked in with a nail in my tire. From the time I got there to the time I left, it was over 2.5 hours. I understand your shop is busy, I just wish I walked in with a nail in my tire. From the time I got there to the time I left, it was over 2.5 hours. Also, when I left all of my tires had different pressures and the tire that was fixed did not have the correct tire pressure and is making my tire light come on.
