Told me I would have to wait about an hour for an oil change. It took 2.5 hours. Not happy :( Also while I was waiting one of the managers was almost yelling at the employees and saying the f word. Ver More

i rather pay for my oil changes elsewhere than use my complimentary ones with Lithia. i was the FIRST one there at 8am to ensure a quick oil change and didn't leave until 10:30. More
