Took the car at 9 am for only oil change and tire rotation and it took them 7 hours to have it ready. Requested to get new tires and Eric says it will be done next morning. I went to pick up my car a rotation and it took them 7 hours to have it ready. Requested to get new tires and Eric says it will be done next morning. I went to pick up my car around 1 pm next day and Eric did not pass the request to other employees so the tires never got installed. Poor management out there More

Appointment was at 730am, I waited at my car for someone to come (last time they did and this was my 2nd time) about 15 minutes. Multiple service workers walked out and even to the truck infront of mine and to come (last time they did and this was my 2nd time) about 15 minutes. Multiple service workers walked out and even to the truck infront of mine and never told me I had to go in to drop my car off. Then no shuttle and I had to call to check if my car was ready. More
