Long, feel there should be transportation provided for the customer to be taken to their home and retrieved after repair of vehicle. My current Hyundai Sonata is in a body shop due to 'extended warranty' on paint peel. It should have been paid for in September when the body shop completed their work. It has yet to be paid. I want MY car's paint job to be paid for by Hyundai Corp. (As I was told it would be) This is now end of NOVEMBER. My (paid off) Hyundai Sonata has been in the body shop since AUGUST 2025. HOW can a huge corporation treat their existing customers like this and not pay for a job they said they'd pay for?!? Why would I ever buy another Hyundai when I have been treated this way????! So in answer to the question of my experience....I'm quite unhappy about Hyundai corporation and I promise to tell EVERYONE that I can about this experience. I could never recommend a Hyundai to anyone that I care about. More
Took too long and the customer service was lacking, looked like the guy didn't wanna be there, and they even forgot to reset the oil in the cluster.
