It is very hard to get a hold of anyone in the oil change department. Last time I was told we needed an appointment for oil change. I called for 2 days to make appointment and no answer. I finally got a hold department. Last time I was told we needed an appointment for oil change. I called for 2 days to make appointment and no answer. I finally got a hold of someone and asked him to have someone from oil change dept. to call never got a call. I had to finally go there just to see 4 guys sitting there doing NOTHING!!! I do not like your automated answering machine. I had other questions to ask before I could set up appointment. Service has been bad for the last 3 times I've been there. More
