I was there for an oil change. I'm not sure why they were in a meeting before 11AM. The ones in the office! When I arrived the meeting was going on. They didn't step out to wait on I'm not sure why they were in a meeting before 11AM. The ones in the office! When I arrived the meeting was going on. They didn't step out to wait on us. I have had both knees replaced. I shouldn't have had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. My knees were very swollen and hurting. Maybe you can explain why does it takes so long for an oil change?
