At 10:41 AM I asked why my Santa Cruz had not moved in the last hour and why my appointment was not honored and was told 'We are transitioning to appointments. So I told her this not good service at all and said I will ge a ride, you have my number give me a call when you get finished. It was 11:40 AM when I got the text. Upon arrival I was given a bill and looked at her and asked why they computer did not show me as LIFE TIME oil change? She had no response, but did get it corrected. So this is why they got a 2, should have been a 1. More
Eric was very polite and kind. Each person I have had contact with has been polite, kind and seemed sympathetic towards my situation. I wish they would give more accurate wait times for every service. If they can't be accurate, which I understand is difficult, then they should ALWAYS over estimate the waiting time. Please don't waste a customers entire day because they say they will be finished in just a little while and then it turns out to be 5-6 hours. This has happened more than once to me. Over all the entire service process needs something. Im not sure what, but coordination between each other and effective communication with customers would be a good place to start. More
