The service tech was very nice but he needed back up. There was way too much going on for 1 person to handle. I was told about a 2 hr wait that went way past 2hrs. I also wanted to see about buying a service plan/ package and it was a task to find some one to help me. Once I found some one it was like they were annoyed that I had questions and did not seem to even know the products well. I also am having issues with electronics in my car. They told me the car would have to stay for a few weeks to figure it out and to just call the 1-800 # to get help. It's a 2026 and now I have a car that I feel like I can't get support on. More

I bought a 2025 Santa Fe w/600 miles instead of a new one because it was white & gave the same price as a new one. I was told I had lifetime oil changes. Now told that I have none.
