Today was much better. I left last time very agitated. Most of your employees speak to my husband about issues with my car with me standing there.. Had my vehicle for over 9 months, charged me for a service that they didn't fix, I brought it back to have them fix it, they added another $1300 to the cost of repair. Everything was okay except it took almost 24 hrs to speak with a live person to learn the status of the repair. I realize that Eric was the only service manager, he needs some type of support to provide time with a live person to learn the status of the repair.
