I have taken my vehicle in twice for an engine failure problem performed all the recommended maintainence but the problem persists. Each time I have taken the car in service to set up an appointment has b problem performed all the recommended maintainence but the problem persists. Each time I have taken the car in service to set up an appointment has been poor as the service department is basically unreachable by phone even after reaching out to the service managerial received no callback at all.
