Your dealership SUCKS. Back in April 2021 my son took my 2017 Hyundai Tucson to your dealership after it blew an engine after only having 43,000 miles. After a few weeks your serviceman said it needed a new 2017 Hyundai Tucson to your dealership after it blew an engine after only having 43,000 miles. After a few weeks your serviceman said it needed a new engine due to a factory defect. Your warranty dept. stated that the engine was covered, new engine ordered. Weeks & months go by and no word from your serviceman. Finally me calling I was advised engine was in but that due to short staffing installing the engine was to be delayed. More months go by no phone calls. Now in October the engine was installed, new engine has timing issues, more parts ordered. I was given deadlines of Thanksgiving, no veh. new deadline Christmas, no veh, new deadlines 1st of the year, no veh. We are coming on 10 months and no veh. Granted a veh. that I have been making payments on. Your service techs never answer their phone, we leave message and calls are never returned. Due to Lithia's short sightness and not hiring more mechanics that work on shortblock engines, we the consumer pay the price. I will never recommend Lithia to anyone EVER! More
