Sat in the car waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to come see what I was there for. No communication on my vehicle. It was pulled into the bay, never lifted in the air for my oil change then pulled out come see what I was there for. No communication on my vehicle. Air filter showed to be replaced on the paper work I was given but when pulling it out, it wasn’t done. I’ve had a part missing on my vehicle since 3 weeks off the lot and they still cannot fix it. Multiple trips to the dealership. Requested to schedule in a date and time for it to be fixed seeing the parts been there and no one notified me. The appointment wasn’t scheduled. I absolutely dread having to go over there for anything service wise! More
