My only suggestion would be to find a way to cool off their showroom. It is all glass and faces the setting sun. It was very hot once the sun shines directly into those windows. Miguel was quick to offer cold water, but it was in a cup out of the tap. The music was great, but a bottle of ice cold water would have made the wait easier. More

After selecting the recall repairs I needed, I searched for an appointment within eight months; they didn't show a single available appointment. Just to see, I noted that I didn't need the recall repairs and replaced them with normal repairs. They had available appointments within two weeks. It seems they refuse to perform mandatory recall work on defective vehicles. More
