I then tried to schedule the service appoint There is a recall on my Hyundai that needs to be fixed. I waited on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I then tried to schedule the service appointment online. After selecting the recall repairs I needed, I searched for an appointment within eight months; they didn't show a single available appointment. Just to see, I noted that I didn't need the recall repairs and replaced them with normal repairs. They had available appointments within two weeks. It seems they refuse to perform mandatory recall work on defective vehicles. More

Overall a pleasant experience the financial took a bit long since this was to be a cash transaction. Robert was very informational, but the going back and forth to the Sales Manag the financial took a bit long since this was to be a cash transaction. Robert was very informational, but the going back and forth to the Sales Manager took quite a bit of time as well. I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted (color / modle / etc) and it was a cash deal....it should not have taken a better part of 2 hours to complete. More
