Worst experience ever. Do not come to this dealership. Went in looking for a good, reliable car and left disappointed and regretting the decision I made to finance with them Do not come to this dealership. I was promised missing equipment the car I bought needed, which was a LIE. I never got them. Tried contacting them about it, but they never got back to me. These people just want your money, so if you’re looking for a better car buying experience, do NOT come here! It will save you so much time AND money. More

Lack of Customer Service They don't call you back, when they say they will. To ever get an update you have to go to the dealership. It takes months to fix a radio. Bought used van from them in 2017 it's a xxx Bought a 2011 Chrysler town and country touring edition in December of 2017. I have had nothing but problems from it. The back up camera worked few ti Bought a 2011 Chrysler town and country touring edition in December of 2017. I have had nothing but problems from it. The back up camera worked few times then just stopped. Couple weeks after I purchased the van the coolant thermostat went out and it's been a downfall since. The battery was so old it was swelling my alternator went out had to but new battery, new alternator. Then the van started acting up and wouldn't start we had to replace the starter. Then van completely died on me. Had it towed the dodge house in Odessa, they did diagnostic on it said starter needed to be replaced and a wire needed to be rewired 1300 for that. Luckily I have family friend that semi fixed it till I could get the part that is actually messing up fixed. The fuel pump relay is going out. Now I have no transportation I'm on disability and have drs appt I need to get to not only for myself but my son as well. Never agian will I return to this car DEALERSHIP. I had also contacted corporate office to let them know about situation. More
Good Service Center for Hyundai, BUT My auto was experiencing an unusual sound from under the hood when the car part was in gear but stopped with the engine running. I had never heard a s My auto was experiencing an unusual sound from under the hood when the car part was in gear but stopped with the engine running. I had never heard a sound like this before and the mechanic who was in the car with me agreed. It took a day or so for him to diagnose what the problem was. But he was accurate in his diagnosis even though I did not at first believe him. He had to order a part so it took another day to get the part .He correctly solved the problem and now my car sounds new again. However, my dissatisfaction comes from a lack of communication on the part of the Service Department. Since my car was there for three + days, I called at least three times during this period for information about the status of my car and not a single time was my call ever returned. On each of those days I had to drive to the dealership to find the information. Since I was renting a car I could not tell the car rental place how long I would need the rental. This was costing me $120.00 per day. So I am very unhappy with communication from Lithia Hundai in Odessa, Texas. More
