No communication Took my car in because the check engine light was on . I kept calling and they wouldn’t answer or call me back to lmk what was wrong since we were on day two. Picked up my car and my right mirror now doesn’t function and the check engine light is still on. This service dept is bad about communicating and on top of that they were rude to me and made things worse. I wish Hyundai would come in and clean up and hire all new staff. Also you can call and out of town Hyundai and get better pricing the cost here is ridiculous. This Hyundai is terrible . More

I have always been terrified of dealing with car salesmen and being talked into things because of my lack of knowledge. However, Lithia has set an extremely high standard and I don’t know that I will ever be able to buy a vehicle elsewhere. Miguel knew everything there was to know, wasn’t pushy, and gave me the best price I found in the entire state. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership seemed to be this way as well! Never did I feel like I HAD to buy from them or pushed to get something I didn’t want. I had the best first car buying experience here! More
Diagnostic I took my car so they could find why it was shaky when idle. It also makes a noise. I am very upset because as soon as I left the car started doing the same things. I cannot take off from work everytime it starts acting up for the service department to say there is nothing wrong. Any questions which we had were promptly answered by Frank. We have owned a Hyundai Elantra before and it was a very dependable vehicle so purchasing another Hyundai car was a no-brainer. The service manager, Ron, was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He was always on top of things and made sure that issues were resolved. Also, in the finance department, we have dealt with Mr. Lemus on two different occasions and he is very friendly and respectful. We have not had any experience with the service department as we normally service our vehicles at Lithia Toyota but are sure that we will be treated with the same courteous service received when we initially purchased the vehicle. There were plenty of sales people doing nothing but not one wanted to wait on me or even spoke to me. I was interested in a G90 but I suppose that this dealership does not want to sell cars. I bought the Hyundai I have there and paid cash as I will if I buy another but not from this dealership. More
