First time buying from Odessa Hyundai and last time! Customer service in new car sales is horrible and they lack communication skills. I was Also repeatedly lied too!!! My wife and I purchased a new 2020 palisade on a Friday rainforest color thinking it was steel graphite but didn’t realize it till we got home with the vehicle that evening so the next day I call Winston and my salesman Jose in which neither responded so I had left both of them numerous calls and text messages to give me a call back but I never got anything in return so after work my wife and I drove to Odessa to talk to them up from front to what happened so I asked them both if there was anyway would change vehicles being that the paperwork wasn’t files just yet from one day to the next and kept getting the run around then I had seen a white one there and I told them if I could just take that one instead and I was told that I couldn’t so long story short it’s been three weeks since I bought the car and we have not driven it but for one day since it’s been in you service Dept replacing a broken passenger window that was already broken before I bought it from you all. My wife was so upset the way we have been treated we traded your car off for another vehicle from your competitor. Never again will I go back to Odessa Lithia Hyundai. More
