The service department is the reason why I continue to purchase my vehicle with Lithia. They are always fair and consistent. Went in on Friday the 20th for an oil change on my Santa Fe and noticed on Monday the 23rd that it was leaking oil. Took my vehicle back today and was told that the oil plug was not tighten correctly so it Fe and noticed on Monday the 23rd that it was leaking oil. Took my vehicle back today and was told that the oil plug was not tighten correctly so it caused oil to leak. Even though they fixed the problem it was an inconvenience but more importantly it could have been worse like ruining my engine. More
