It took over 2 and a half hours and the guy who did the work on my car dirtied the cream interior of the car. I believe since his clothes were dirty from work, when he got inside the car he left stains on work on my car dirtied the cream interior of the car. Me and My Wife flew all the way from Michigan to Texas to pick up a truck. We almost immediately had an issue less than 20 miles into the drive. We took it back to the dealership. They told us they fixed it, pick up a truck. We almost immediately had an issue less than 20 miles into the drive. We took it back to the dealership. They told us they fixed it, but the check engine light kept coming on the whole way back to Michigan for a clogged diesel filter. It turned into a $4500 repair and the dealership was only willing to pay 2000 of it and that was only after fighting them on it. There were other issues with the truck that we have given on also. There was an issue with the mirror is not working properly and also the tow plug had some electrical issues. We had to fix all these on our own dime. These are all things that a Mechanic would have found up upon inspection. When we talked to the general manager about it when we initially brought the vehicle back, he told us he did not sell us the vehicle. It was their parent company driveway. The only person that was remotely helpful was their service manager, who was open and honest and upfront the whole time. I would caution anybody from buying a vehicle from this place without fully going over it with a licensed mechanic before signing out on the dotted line. More
