I guess it took a couple days to straighten it out most of the issue of the car they say was the transmission which is shifting pretty smooth and I see that you topped off the tires kudos to you. I started have some issues for a couple days here when I was backing up again again on the clutches of the transmission they were grabbing Was going into gears that seems to be itself out something still underneath the car still feels like there’s it’s loose. I don’t hear a clunk. I don’t know what it is but again for 15,000 miles one would think you would feel tighter when I let off the throttle Like there’s almost a clunk there’s something loose almost lines again thank you for trying to help me solve my problems. Don’t give me wrong. I want you to succeed. I have a dog in this fight target you later. More

Took 4 hours to reach them by phone the first time when they sent the tow truck the tow truck driver said there’s nothing wrong with your car …. Drive it. The next phone call to service the guy was snarky they sent the tow truck the tow truck driver said there’s nothing wrong with your car …. Drive it. The next phone call to service the guy was snarky saying we were a no show. I told Him what the tow truck driver said and he said he’s not a mechanic. I said your business sent him. He then told me it would be almost 2 months before I could Get an appointment and not to drive my car it was unsafe! Had to go to the GM of the business to get my car in, which it needed to be towed.
