They NEVER answer their service phone, ever. If you leave a message you NEVER get a call back. I need my brakes done and they still have never called me back.. Do not buy a car here. Customer service is abysmal. My car has 27,000 miles and I have asked twice to have my tires rotated and each time they said they didn’t do it because it didn’t need it. However, they told me my car needed a ton of other stuff that of course would be extra. They don’t want to take time to rotate my tires because it’s included in a package I bought. Funny how they only worry about things they can charge you for. Also, said the oil change would be an hour and a half and it took 4 hours. If I could take back buying this car, I would! More
I left 3 messages, both on voice mail and with a live person, over an 2 week period and never got a return call. On my 4th try, someone was finally able to help me schedule my first new car service appt. person, over an 2 week period and never got a return call. When I bought the car in January, I was told that I would be given a car to drive while mine was being serviced. When I made that first appointment, I was told that a loaner car would not be needed because the service would only take 30 minutes. When I arrived, I was told that the service would take 1-2 hours and that they didn’t have loaner cars. What a xxxx show! More

Honestly, I am *appalled*. I spent two weeks attempting to get a hold of service via the 877-452-2980 number, as well as (907)202-9778. Messages were left, multiple attempts I spent two weeks attempting to get a hold of service via the 877-452-2980 number, as well as (907)202-9778. Messages were left, multiple attempts made. No ability to get a service team member on the phone to schedule. THEN--- I *finally* get a hold of someone (after calling EIGHT times today AND leaving a message) and that someone was this delightful bucket of customer service joy, Christian. When attempting to schedule an oil change and service inspection to my cooling fan, as it is making a whining/squeaking noise. Upon this request, this young man asked me how many miles were on my car, I asked why that was needed, and informed of the approx total at the same time. Christian told me "so I can see if I can apply the complimentary oil change to your car" at which point I asked "I should have complimentary oil changes, do I not have complementary oil changes?" He stated "only after XXXX (some # of miles, I do not want to misquote)" at which point I asked, "so I do *not* have complimentary oil changes??" (Because it has been my understanding for the last year and a half that I do) at which point he repeated the last thing he said to me. I began to say that I was asking for clarification AGAIN (something I STILL do not have) and he interrupted me again "I am just trying to get this information so I can schedule your appointment and you are being rude not to answer, do you want me to schedule you or not" 1--- I had provided the approx milage already 2--- I was requesting perfectly reasonable information. At this point I said, "I'm sorry, can I talk to someone else, Like a manager, I would like to talk to a manager please" and this Christian continued his epically stellar customer service relations, and hung up on me. I am livid and disgusted at the ENTIRETY of this whole fiasco of a situation. More
