I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. It took over a month to schedule a service, and during that time, no one answered the phone or returned my calls. The parking lot was filled with customer cars, and it’s clear they’re struggling to manage their workload. It’s disappointing that a company would operate like this, especially when it directly affects customers. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Either invest in better customer service and infrastructure or stop selling products you can’t support. It’s unacceptable. More
