Surprised at cost but once the phone system started working both went above and beyond in being helpful. Also car was not finished being put back together seal strip on door was not put back in place a working both went above and beyond in being helpful. Also car was not finished being put back together seal strip on door was not put back in place and it caused my wife extra time from her work to get it fixed. It had been done for three days ( waiting to talk with Dana during her weekend) but I had asked them to double check my car more than once. They should have seen the seal strip in the seat. I do not hold Dana and Christian responsible but one of the tech should have seen it if they really checked our car. Tech gets a 3 from me More
