From my online inquiry to the finance department, this was by far the easiest and shortest buying experience I have ever had. The text and message system that the dealer uses to communicate is not the way to do business. It’s very impersonal and messages don’t get read or responded to. Impossible to get in touch with them to make an appointment, had to go in person. I made an appointment specifically for a recall then they did not have the part but still kept my car for over 3 ho appointment, had to go in person. I made an appointment specifically for a recall then they did not have the part but still kept my car for over 3 hours before telling me it was done - paperwork showed it had been done far before the time they notified me. I have not heard further from them yet about rescheduling the appointment. More

I was originally not assigned to LITHIAAUTOMOTIV Hyundai for servicing but another Lithia store. Due to a backlog at my assigned service center I was referred over to Hyundai. I have never gone back anywher for servicing but another Lithia store. Due to a backlog at my assigned service center I was referred over to Hyundai.
