I think the system that you have in place for text messages and return phone calls need to be worked on. I texted at 4pm and 5:45 trying to get an update on my car. We did not receive a response. I received a phone call by Christian at 6:45pm and was told he tried to call me twice to have me come and get my car. I spoke to Christian in length the next morning about this. Although I doubt he tried to call me I have no way to prove he didn’t and will have to take his word for it. I haven’t heard very good things about your service department and this doesn’t make me think that those comments were wrong. More
