Always friendly service I have the lifetime oil change and have always been treated quickly and friendly by all I come in contact with at Lithia Ford. My late husband was such a stickler about oil changes and this vehicle was the first one where we had the lifetime oil change. He was always satisfied with the results and I do appreciate the courteous help I receive. More

service dept is a ripp off We bought a used van less than a year ago,we bought the life time oil changes,used it once,took the van in to have the oil changed,a few hours latter We bought a used van less than a year ago,we bought the life time oil changes,used it once,took the van in to have the oil changed,a few hours latter they called said van was done.a week latter we decided to trade the van off and by a 14,000 plus nissan rough,we gave them a post dated check for $2000.00,(waiting for tax refund) well it took longer to get than we thought,so we went and told the dealership, a week before the poat dated check was to be cashed.we were told that they had already cashed it,we called our bank and stopped payment on the check(lithia did attempt to cash the check after we informed them it was no good),we told them we wanted our van back,they said we owed them $584.00 for servicing the van,changing the oil,platic mats,and washing the van.there reciept shows $243.30 for 8 quarts of oil (the van only holds 4quarts),rember the oil was suppossively change a week earlier,then the van would go three miles and shut off,so we take back to the service dept and pay $89.00 to tell us our coolant fan was to slow and it would cost $448.00 to replace it,so we took it home went and bought both new fans $42.00 and $22.00,and five minuter to change out,took old fans to parts house and was told and shown both fans worked perfect,and it still did not fix the van.so we took the van to a service shop here in town and for $180.00 to replace the relay fuse and a sensor,and thats when we found out that the oil that was to have been changed twice in four months had not been changed for an estimated year,the new shop had to brake the oil filter off the block because it had attached itself to the block.so much for the $400.00lifetime oil change.so we call the corprate office with our complaint and the $2000.00spent to fix and find out what was wrong,and the oil changes,we were told that we can only get the $400.00 back for the oil changes if we traded our van back to them even though wife and i have made it clear we will never let lithia touch our car no would we ever conceder buying another car feom the the store has offered us$290.00 if we sigh a release saying we qont sue them,which qe have decided to file a small claims suit for the intire amount were out,then file a formal complaint with the states attorney generals office for there bussiness practices. More

Being a woman and being treated as an equal was very refreshing. I chose a newer used rig for obvious reasons. New is very expensive. Thank you! More
A pleasant one. It never ceases to amaze me how nit pick and trivial *people are. The employees at Lithia are very courteous and knowledgeable. I saw a vehicle that looked like what I was looking for in my online shopping and guess what? It was in Klamath Falls, so I went to look at it. The salesman was really young, but very capable. They went the extra mile to help me get a car. More
