They have treated me well the last two times I used them. Allen was my service guy and did a great job. I would have rate the service a 5 except I made an appointment for a Thursday and my truck was not seen Allen was my service guy and did a great job. I find that the Lithia Service Center has been fair and honest with me. They get me in, diagnose the problem, let me know the issue and cost (or no cost in some instances). Very dissatisfied. I purchased my Ford F150 pick up in 2016. At that time I also purchased the lifetime oil change and tire rotation. The last time I was in for an oi I purchased my Ford F150 pick up in 2016. At that time I also purchased the lifetime oil change and tire rotation. The last time I was in for an oil change and tire rotations the service advisor Sam Shepherd informed me that the lug nuts had to be replaced because they were a two piece construction and had gotten water into them causing them to expand. At that time they did not have any replacement lug nuts so they were not able to rotate the tires. He gave me his business card and ask me to check back with him in a few weeks he should have them in by then. Sometime later I called and he informed me that they had received the lug nuts so we made an appointment to get the tires rotated. After the work was completed he informed me that I needed to pay for the Lugnuts. At that point I informed him that I did not think that I should have to pay for faulty Lugnuts. After some back-and-forth I ended up paying for the faulty Lugnuts that they replaced and left very dissatisfied. I did not notice at the time when I left the shop that they had also charge me $14.95 for labor. So needless to say I am not very impressed with the Lithia service department primarily Mr. Sam Shepard there in Boise Idaho. More
