In the prior years from 2011 to 2020 service was superb. In the last 2 years I feel service has deteriorated, wait time has doubled even tripled. From 2011 to 2020 the advisors greeted you by name because they interacted with all the clients and they were long term employees but now it’s so different. I had to travel 75 miles round trip for my service and when I got home I noticed that my wiper blades were not replaced like I asked to be done but I was charged for the service. So the next day I had to make the same trip. Quality control I feel is a thing of the past at Lithia. I worked at a dealership in Boise for 19 years in parts and service in the 80’s and 90’s and nothing like this would be tolerated. I remember how the CSI scores were so important to dealers maybe now it doesn’t matter but I would assume that customer retention is very important. More
