I don't feel like I got the complete service I should have. When my car was newer and I'd take it in for the lifetime oil change, I would get a detailed report of all the things checked and the condition have. When my car was newer and I'd take it in for the lifetime oil change, I would get a detailed report of all the things checked and the condition or recommendation for the things checked. Wipers, air filter, oil leak?,brakes, etc. This time he asked if I wanted my tires rotated, I declined. (Afterward I checked the air in them and it wasn't even or the right amount-they couldn't have checked that.) He said ok the lifetime oil and multipoint check. When it was done all I got was a receipt with no break down as to what exactly had been checked and the result. I know my car is older now but still...all the more reason to know if anything needs attention. More
