At the end of the day the only reason I couldn't buy through Lithia is that they didn't have exactly what I needed. I regret that I couldn't buy through them, and heartily recommend working with Stefan. He is very knowledgeable and the dealer seems to be pretty transparent. More

This was a revisit for a recurring problem. Tyler was my service advisor again and he was awesome!! He got me in quickly and although I had to wait for a few days for a part to come in, they s Tyler was my service advisor again and he was awesome!! He got me in quickly and although I had to wait for a few days for a part to come in, they still got me taken care of in a timely manner. I was able to use my car until the part arrived and that was definitely a plus. I had to have the shuttle service and that was also great. So far things seem good and hopefully this visit solved the issue I was having with the AC. Time will tell. More
