Why have an appointment if your car cannot be looked at. I feel that’s awful customer service. Luckily, I had transportation otherwise I would be screwed. Don’t have customers make an appointment a month out and not look at their car same day. Also, have your service advisors welcome customers when they enter the building instead of avoiding to make eye contact or looked pissed off. More
