Got my pickup in for repair sooner than I thought. Finished when they said they would. Got a request for a survey 6 hours before I got a call to say it was done. Called 3 times to see if it was done. We take our '15 Escape to Lithia Ford for Lifetime oil changes, yearly alignments, scheduled maintenance and recalls. Their service managers are top notch. They explain options, pricing and how long it will take without pressure and truly seem to understand that some non-emergency issues that they find during their vehicle inspection can't always be undertaken at that time for whatever reason. They offer a shuttle service if you just can't sit and wait around. The customer lounge area is clean and well lit (I bring Crosstitch to pass the time), the seating is comfortable and spaced for some social distancing. The ladies bathroom is also clean and well maintained. More
