We have purchased 4 vehicles from Lithia Ford Lincoln over the years. When We sold the last two vehicles we cancelled the extended warranty and expected the same level of service we received when purchas over the years. The first vehicle took 4 phone calls, 2 emails and 3 months to get our refund. We are now into the second vehicles cancellation request with 6 unreturned phone calls, 4 emails and 4 months. WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT IF YOU THINK YOU WILL TRADE IN THE VEHICLE. We are currently escalating our issue to Lithia Cares, and then to an attorney. More

Great Dealership. Awesome Management. Unfortunately, I purchased a lemon vehicle in January 2021 and it was a bummer but the way the dealership handled the situation was a 5 star service. Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno did everything in their power to run diagnostics and continually search for solutions and answers, all while providing loaner vehicles for my transportation needs. Some honorable mentions go out to Brent Hall the GM for going above and beyond in every step of the way. Keith was one of my main service guys and he was great in communication as well as updates about the diagnostic testing. And lastly Vinny Sinatra. Great guy who helped me with the process and paperwork for my replacement 2021 F-150. You can truly tell they want to help and Brent Hall being the face of the dealership was exceptional and definitely someone I’d recommend to everyone when it comes to being treated with exceptional customer service. He doesn’t do anything he wouldn’t recommend for himself. Which really makes me as a customer know I can trust him and know he’s going to make sure with everything in his power you are happy and satisfied with your vehicle. There was some hiccups on the delivery side from Ford (not Lithia) however Art and his managers kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend Lithia Ford Fresno to any of my friends and family. Also, I would recommend you compare their prices to their competitors, during this chip shortage they haven't raised their prices exponentially like others, so if getting the best "bang for your buck" is something you're interested in, this is definitely the spot. Art will get you taken care of on the sales side, and Victor will make sure you get taken care of on the finance and warranty side of things.
