Unfortunately for me, my new Jeep Grand Cherokee is a lemon. Two dealerships have tried many times to fix it but cannot. Chrysler/Jeep are apparently in such financial dire straits, they keep putting me lemon. Two dealerships have tried many times to fix it but cannot. However, the Lithia Reno Chrysler Jeep dealer employees, namely Dana Silva, Robert Pearce, and salesman Dirk, are all true professionals who did their best to take care of me, despite the lemon I purchased. The stop/start feature on my jeep stopped working while still under warranty. It seems to be a very finicky system, and was ultimately fixed after 3 visits over 5 months. Service Advisor Fernanado Rivas wa still under warranty. It seems to be a very finicky system, and was ultimately fixed after 3 visits over 5 months. Service Advisor Fernanado Rivas was helpful throughout the process and explained the work being done to resolve the issue. A new auxiliary battery was ultimately installed to resolve the issue. More
