Unfortunately for me, my new Jeep Grand Cherokee is a lemon. Two dealerships have tried many times to fix it but cannot. The stop/start feature on my jeep stopped working while still under warranty. It seems to be a very finicky system, and was ultimately fixed after 3 visits over 5 months. Service Advisor Fernanado Rivas wa still under warranty. It seems to be a very finicky system, and was ultimately fixed after 3 visits over 5 months.
