The service team was amazing! Ben was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. He started with the simplest/most cost effective options to try and fix my start/s Ben was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. He started with the simplest/most cost effective options to try and fix my start/stop issues. When those options were exhausted and it was concluded it was my battery that needed to be replaced was when the whole service and some of the sales team pulled through to assist. Ben was unable to change my battery that day due to his tight schedule. Ashton Baker and Derek found Fernando Rivas who was available to jump in to assist. Fernando was kind and helpful and did an amazing job! At the end of the day several people came in to help and really made this an amazing experience, 100% will continue returning to get my Jeep serviced here. More
