Took over four visits over a period of 7 months to fix the problem. Didn’t properly diagnose the problem the first time. Waited 7. Months for new part, but the wrong part showed up!! Due to an engine overhaul there was a couple things missed and when I contacted them they said bring it back and they would fix it and make it right. I am overall satisfied with the service I received. The job was done well in the end and my Jeep came back cleaner than it has been since I bought it. My primary (trying to be constructive) comment is that there could have been more proactive communication from my representative. My Jeep was at the service center for about a week, part of which included diagnostics, ordering parts, and then repair. I did not received a single status updates except when I reached out and even then I would not always receive an update before end of day. Foe these longer term services, Establishing a cadence of communication and setting expectations with a customer would be helpful and ease frustration of not knowing when to expect things to be done. More
