We took my jeep in after doing lots of research on what was going on with it. We knew the issue and how to fix it. Tony insisted on changing fluid which he felt confident would fix the problem (we were pre was going on with it. We knew the issue and how to fix it. Tony insisted on changing fluid which he felt confident would fix the problem (we were pretty confident it wouldn’t) and then proceeded to try to charge us for a power train issue, covered by warranty, because “fluids aren’t covered under warranty”. He did eventually not charge us after my husband argued with him, but after two days, the error light came back on, and we had to take it back in to have the real issue fixed, which indeed was covered under warranty. I felt as if the dealership was trying to take advantage of us. I was pleased with the outcome, but having to take it in and lose my car two separate days and having to argue about paying for something that should have been under warranty if the issue was addressed the first time, just to make a buck, felt wrong to me. More
They completed all repairs quickly, my wife had her 2011 Rubicon back a day earlier than what they said.
