I came in with low tire pressure and they just put air in the tire and three days later when I drove my car, the pressure was down again. When I came in again, the first person that helped me looked at my ti the tire and three days later when I drove my car, the pressure was down again. When I came in again, the first person that helped me looked at my tire and said I had a nail. The first time around, they should have looked to see if there was a nail or why my pressure was so low. It was a huge inconvenience to have to get transportation for my vehicle that day. This was my first experience with the service department. Jared was attentive and fine, but I think that they should have looked for the reason why it was low. More
