We visited other places in town, but came back to Lithia time and time again. Their service and value just couldn't be beat. What stood out the most was how Ashton fought for a deal that made sense for our family — even at times I was close to walking away. He made it happen and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase . When it was time to sign, Steve, the finance manager, was extremely professional and made sure I fully understood all the additional offerings without any pressure. My vehicle was brought in and then sat for a week before it was even touched. It was Christmas week and I wasn't even offered a loaner vehicle. I can understand some of the delay due to the holiday, it was even touched. It was Christmas week and I wasn't even offered a loaner vehicle. I can understand some of the delay due to the holiday, but this is our only vehicle and I told the service advisor that. No vehicle meant that we were stranded ... no grocery shopping, no church, no visiting friends and family for Christmas. That's not good customer service. I really would have appreciated a call on Friday updating me on the status of the repairs since the service advisor apparently doesn't work on Saturdays, as I was informed by the rude man who answered the phone. I've not had good experiences with Lithia in the past, and this visit did nothing to change my mind. The one positive was how polite Bob Pearce was in answering a ton of questions for me. More
